I was so excited to look at each one and see how Teddy had captured me, and my beautiful house and cat! In so many of the photos I can see expressions on my face which I know I use a lot, but haven’t seen captured before. I’m glancing at my husband, or laughing at the position I’m in, or looking adoringly at Louis my cat. I showed the photos to my friends and mum, who all loved them!

I am so glad I did this. I wanted to have photos like this taken for years and I am so glad I finally gave them to myself. I really struggle with body-image issues and am getting into a place where I feel neutral about my body, and try and thank it for what it gives me each day. I love wild swimming, and doing it naked feels so right and so natural and so me. I was so anxious before getting naked and committing myself to camera but now that I have done it I cannot wait to do it again. I have so many other ideas that I want to capture! I have shown friends these photos and they are excited to have theirs done too, maybe even as a joint shoot with me!

Teddy was so patient and so supportive and made me feel comfortable and that this experience can be cathartic, liberating, and exciting all at the same time.
